I open my eyes and look around a familiar room.The pack hospital, I'm here again like a second home.
"How are you feeling Kath?" Sam asked.
After my Dad hurt me, Sam always helped me. He still loves me and considers me as his sister. He always defends me against all who fight against me.
"Better, how long I've been here." I push myself to sit and ignoring the pain in my back. I'm sure it will leave another scar. I don't look my back in the mirror anymore, I know how terrible it looks like.
"You've been out for two days." Sam, my brother. He gave me a bottled of water and sit next to me, checking my pulse. He knows medical stuff. "Two days? I skipped Lory's birthday yesterday." I feel sad because of what happened. I missed my best-friend birthday. I feel awful.
