"Do you like my son?" The Queen asked.
I almost chocked in her question. This is something I didn't expect.
First, I said to the King that if I win, he will be all mine.
Then when I got to my room the Queen send someone to tell me that she wants my presence in her room.
Now we are eating together and she's asking me a lot of question and she wanted me to have her crown.
"M-My Queen your son is an impossible man." I said.
She laughs at my words. "I know that since I gave birth to him. But, I want to know if you like him?"
"I don't know but he is a good-looking guy but his attitude confuses me though I'm sure I got a crush on him since I saw him shift that night." I said. I know I'm blushing right now.
"Oh, about that, I didn't see you that day. Do you leave early?" She asks.
"Well...... I'm not supposed to leave the house that day. Father told me not leave the house. He told me that I would not be needed there. But I leave; I wanted to see the King first shift. But he caught me so I run back home as fast as possible." I said.
"Oh, I see. Look Kath, I want you to understand that my son has an attitude, I know somehow if you win you will get along with him." She said.
I tense up, I can feel someone is watching me but I shook it off.
"Maybe, but I believe in mates my Queen. Even though I didn't know who he is, I still believe that I am meant for him and he is made for me. That is why I'm having second thought about this." I honestly say.
"Kath, life is a matter of choice. You just need to choose." She said holding my hands.
"But---"
A big thud cut me off.
I saw the King lying on the ground.
"My Son? What are you doing? Are you hurt?" The Queen rush to help her son.
"No Mother, I got out balance before I knock." He said.
Though I feel he is lying.
"My Queen can I go now?" I ask giving them privacy.
"Oh sure, Zeus, bring Katharina to her room." The Queen ordered.
The King looks at me. "My Queen it's okay I'll be fine. I know my wa----"
"Let's go." He said cutting my words again.
I look at the Queen is she just nod at me. I can't say no to her.
He walks out the room first and I follow behind him. He doesn't talk and that's much better because I'm having a hard time talking in his presence. He is really good-looking guy even I'm looking in his back. Why is he so perfect? Did he have a girlfriend? If I win, can we work out?
"You know I can read your mind, right?" He said.
Oh gosh I forgot!I said to myself.
"I'm sorry." I said.
"Katharina." He said.
"Yes?"
"Would you like to have a tea with me?" He asks.
"S-Sure my Lord." I said.
"Follow me." He said.
He turns left heading to his room. I got nervous thinking why we are drinking tea in his room.
He opens the door for me and I get in looking at the big room and when I say big.... It's really big as if a whole house.
